1 Orders
1.1 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! And it's complimentary. Simply let us know that your order is a gift and you'd like it gift wrapped in the 'Comment' box at checkout.

1.2 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, you should see an international shipping option at checkout. Please note that the cost of international shipping does not include additional taxes and duties. Taxes and duty costs are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid upon delivery. These costs vary depending on the destination country. Refer to your country's customs website for more info.

1.3 Can I special order something if you don't have my size?

Simplest answer: sometimes. Many of our brands are small, independent labels whose collections are made in limited, seasonal runs. Because of this, special ordering is not always an option. However, we are always happy to try. Delivering the perfect pieces (and perfect sizes!) to our customers is our #1 priority. If you have something you'd like to special order, email [email protected] and we'll see what we can do!

1.4 My order arrived and it doesn't fit. What now?

For most full priced merchandise (with the exception of earrings and opened hosiery), you can return your items to us in unworn, unused condition with tags attached for store credit or a refund. To keep things in pristine condition, we recommend you try on underwear and swimwear over a pair of your underwear. To begin the returns process, email us at [email protected].

1.5 Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we are online only. Our Brick and Mortar closed in July 2020, due to Covid-19, but you can continue to shop online. Because we know how hard it is to find intimate wear that fits just right, we offer returns and exchanges on all full priced merchandise (besides earrings and opened hosiery).
