Whether it’s doing bra fittings, personal shopping or helping you find the perfect gift for a loved one—our staff is sorely missing the one-on-one connections made in our brick and mortar.
One of the things we miss the most about being in the shop is the customer-facing service. Any given day working at Lille, we might find ourselves doing customer fittings, helping someone find a little something sexy or supportive, or searching for the perfect gift within someone’s budget. To say this crisis has changed the way we do business would be an understatement of epic proportions.
Not ones to let social distancing get in the way of connecting with our customers, we’re doing our best to innovate and we're here to help in any way we can. No one knows our product like we do and our helpful staff are still on hand and ready to answer questions like, “Does this run true to size?” “Will this stretch out over time?” and “Will this piece make me feel like a million bucks?” (hint: the answer to that last one is probably yes).
