Returns and Exchanges
Because we we are a small boutique with a special selection of limited edition pieces, refunds are not possible, but exchanges are accepted on all online orders, with the exception of Final Sale clearance items. Exchanges are only possible if the garments have not been worn and are in perfect condition with the tags still attached. Soiled, damaged or compromised merchandise will not be accepted, so please exercise caution when trying on garments. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, unless a gift receipt for a longer duration has been issued. You may exchange an item or accept a store credit, valid for one year, on any returns. Care and Handling
We recommend hand washing all lingerie in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent such as the Delicate Wash by The Laundress. Many of our garments are made from delicate fibers like silk and lace, so they require special care to lengthen their lifespan. Bras should be laundered after 2-3 wearings, and it is best to rotate them on a daily basis to allow the material time to return to its natural shape. After soaking your lingerie for 5-10 minutes, rinse thoroughly and air dry on a flat surface. Machine washing and drying damages fine fibers and causes undue stress by stretching out straps and rubbing on wires, so it is best to avoid this entirely. Taking a few extra precautions will ensure that you get plenty of wear from your beautiful new lingerie!
Shipping and Delivery
Free UPS Ground Shipping is offered on all orders over $150, and we recommend insuring the package for the total purchase amount. Orders received before 3pm are shipped out the same day whenever possible, with the exception of holidays and weekends. If you need your items quickly, please select an expedited method of delivery, and feel free to call or email us to let us know it is an urgent request so that we can process the order asap. We offer local delivery within Portland city limits via courier at a rate of $10-20 - call for more information.
Private Events and Fittings
Lille Boutique is available for private events, so if you are planning a Bridal Shower or Bachelorette Party, please feel free to contact us for more information. We also offer bra fittings by appointment and can create custom lingerie for a special occasion. Special Orders on out of stock items are often possible, depending upon the brand - if you are looking for a specific item, we may be able to help.
Gifts and Registry
To aid in gift selection, we save our customers' sizes, preferences and order history in our database. The online gift registry is a convenient way to create a wish list for a shower or holiday and helps tremendously in determining the appropriate size. Exchanges on gifts are possible for up to two weeks after the date of purchase. Gift Certificates are also available in any denomination and are valid for one year.
