Because we are a small boutique with a special selection of limited edition pieces, refunds are not possible, but exchanges are accepted on all online orders, with the exception of Sale items, which are all FINAL SALE. Exchanges are only possible if the garments have not been worn and are in perfect condition with the tags still attached. Hosiery that has been opened or tried on may not be returned under any circumstances. Soiled, damaged or compromised merchandise will not be accepted, so please exercise caution when trying on garments. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, unless a gift receipt for a longer duration has been issued. You may exchange an item or accept a store credit, valid for one year, on any returns.
